OCR: The Transform menu is available in both layers. it contains commands that let you manipulate and change the appearance selections These are the Transform menu commands: Scale Selection presents the Scale Selection dialog box, which allows you to reduce or enlarge selection by specifying horizontal and vertical factors. Rotate Selection presents the Rotate Selection dialog box in which you specify clockwise or counterclockwise rotation in degrees for the selection (available ir the Draw layer only) Flip Horizontal flips the sel lection horizontally 180 degrees about fc vertical centerline Vertical flips the selection vertically 180 degrees about its horizontal centerline Rotate Left rotates the selection counterclockwise 90 degrees Rotate Right rotates the selection clockwise 90 degrees.
